Eight years of testing went into every component of the pie: the flour, the tomatoes, the oven temperature. Our mobile setup requires approximately 10x15 feet of space for the canopy + another 4 x 9 feet for the oven trailer. We will work with your venue coordinator to ensure proper placement.
