Our pepperoni comes from Salumeria Biellese, a century-old New York salumeria. We pull our mozzarella by hand. Eight years of testing went into every component of the pie: the flour, the tomatoes, the oven temperature. Serving weddings of any size throughout Charlottesville and Central Virginia. Saturday and Sunday weddings start at $20 per person, and weekday (Monday-Friday) weddings usually start at $25 per person. $1,200 event minimum ($1,400 on weekdays), including the 20% service fee on food and add-ons. Final pricing may be higher depending on your date and our availability.

Our mobile setup requires approximately 10x15 feet of space for the canopy + another 4 x 9 feet for the oven trailer. We will work with your venue coordinator to ensure proper placement.
Yes! Alongside crowd favorites like our sausage and our pepperoni, which comes from Salumeria Biellese (a century-old New York salumeria), any of our pizzas can be made vegetarian, and we offer multiple vegan options. We can accommodate most dietary restrictions with advance notice. Vegan cheese can be part of the base package; gluten-free pizzas are not included in the base package and are available as an optional add-on (though we cannot guarantee zero cross-contamination).
