Saturday and Sunday events start at $20 per person*, and weekday (Monday-Friday) events usually start at $25 per person. Add-ons (salad, drinks station, a 4th pizza variety, extended service time) are priced per person on top. A 20% service fee is added to the food and add-ons subtotal, and there is a $1,200 event minimum ($1,400 on weekdays), which is the all-in total including that fee. Final pricing may be higher depending on your date and our availability, and also depends on service length, travel distance, and menu selections. Catering is for private events like weddings, parties, and corporate functions. Pop-ups are for public venues like breweries, wineries, HOAs, festivals, and markets where we serve the general public.
Yes, we serve the entire Central Virginia region including Albemarle County, Orange County, Gordonsville, and surrounding areas. We also cater events in Lynchburg and Richmond, and everywhere in between such as Nelson County, Amherst, Louisa, and Goochland. For locations beyond a 30-mile radius of Charlottesville, a distance-based travel fee applies.
We're self-contained. Our setup is designed to work in virtually any location.
We can operate in anything but the most extreme weather (hurricanes, tropical storms). We're happy to coordinate with your event planner on contingency plans.
Standard service is 1-2 hours, which works well for most events. We can adjust timing based on your specific needs and guest count. Extended service is available for an additional fee.
We will work with you to find the ideal time window for us to be there. Pop-up events typically run 3-4 hours, but we can customize the duration based on your venue's needs and expected foot traffic.
We offer vegetarian and vegan options, and can accommodate most dietary restrictions with advance notice. We can provide gluten-free options, but cannot promise there wouldn't be cross contamination with gluten. We're happy to discuss any specific dietary needs for your event.
We cater events of any size, but larger events may need a longer service time.
