How much does pizza catering cost?

What's the difference between catering and pop-up events?

Catering is for private events like weddings, parties, and corporate functions. Pop-ups are for public venues like breweries, wineries, HOAs, festivals, and markets where we serve the general public.

Do you travel outside Charlottesville?

Yes, we serve the entire Central Virginia region including Albemarle County, Orange County, Gordonsville, and surrounding areas. For locations beyond a 30-mile radius of Charlottesville, a travel fee may apply.

Power/water requirements?

We're self-contained. Our setup is designed to work in virtually any location.

Rain/wind plan?

We can operate in anything but the most extreme weather (hurricanes, tropical storms). We're happy to coordinate with your event planner on contingency plans.

How long is service for catering events?

Standard service is 1-2 hours, which works well for most events. We can adjust timing based on your specific needs and guest count. Extended service is available for an additional fee.

How long is service for pop-up events?

We will work with you to find the ideal time window for us to be there. Pop-up events typically run 3-4 hours, but we can customize the duration based on your venue's needs and expected foot traffic.

Dietary Restrictions?

We offer vegetarian and vegan options, and can accommodate most dietary restrictions with advance notice. We can provide gluten-free options, but cannot promise there wouldn't be cross contamination with gluten. We're happy to discuss any specific dietary needs for your event.

How Many People Can You Serve?

We comfortably serve up to 125 guests in a standard one-hour service. For larger events, we can extend service time to accommodate additional guests with the same level of quality.
